Which One do you Prefer

Although communicating through technology can be useful and convenient you can’t see the person who you are talking to. Although they bear some minor similarities, the differences between communicating in person and communicating through technology are clear.

Here are some similarities between communicating in person and communicating with technology. They both have positive things and negative things. For example if you are communicating through technology you might not be able to hear people clearly. You can communicate with people far away. You can be bullied in both ways of communicating. You can be cyberbullied when you are communicating through technology. You can also be bullied physically when you are communicating in person. Here is an example of cyberbullying if people message you hurtful things and they can keep on doing it to you. Be careful if you are being bullied it doesn’t matter if you are being bullied physically or if you are being cyberbullied the safest thing to do is tell an adult. Those were some similarities between communicating in person and communicating through technology.

Here are some differences between communicating in person and communicating through technology. When you are communicating through technology you can communicate anywhere. For example you can be communicating with someone that is in a different state. I have family that lives in New York so communicating through technology is more convenient. If you are communicating in person you have to be close to them for they can hear you. You can see the person’s emotions when you are communicating in person. When you are communicating in person you can see the person’s facial expressions and their emotions. When you are communicating through technology you can’t see the person’s facial expressions and emotions. Those were some differences between communicating in person and communicating through technology.

As you can see they bear minor similarities, but the differences between communicating in person and communicating through technology are clear. I like communicating through technology, but I also like communicating in person. For me it depends what the situation is. Which one do you prefer?
